Reporting period in CRM Analytics
One of the most important parameters when building analytical reports in CRM Analytics is the reporting period. The reporting period allows you to track the elements that the employees have been working with. This report includes all of the elements that were changed during the period.
It’s important to point out that there is a difference between the “Reporting period” filter and the “Start date” and “End date” filters, and the data in analytical reports depend on the filter you’ve chosen.
