Customer Profile in CRM
While working with customers in your CRM, would it be convenient to have all the information automatically collected from the history of all interactions with them? We do think it is, and we do offer this option in Bitrix24 CRM.Each contact and company in Bitrix24 has a Profile tab with all the information automatically logged from the all the interactions and presented in a report, including:
- contact information and the responsible person for the contact or company,
- communication load with the average number of activities per deal,
- value of won, lost deals and deals in progress,
- total amount of deals and active invoices,
- conversion rate,
- total number of calls, emails, meetings,
- other useful data.
You can change the reporting period and view the data of any reporting period needed. You can also add custom reports with the data you and your team needs to be displayed.
